Huskers start on top
In 1999, Florida State became the first team to go wire-to-wire as the nation's top-ranked team. This season, the Seminoles will have to overcome Nebraska to win the national championship. In the first ESPN/USA Today and Associated Press polls, the Huskers are ranked No. 1 and FSU is No. 2.
