It took much convincing- and several trips to the South of France- to convince Pablo Picasso to create this sculpture outside the Daley Center. The unpainted rust-colored steel structure is about 50 feet tall and weighs a 162 tons. Some say it's a sculpture of a women, others say Picasso's pet Afghan hound.
