The news control room. It could be argued that working in the news control room is the most stressful job at ABC7. It's a sight that's rarely seen, and some would say that's for a good reason. News control is where the final touches are added to stories, seconds are counted and directions are given. That's why those in the control room have the ability to talk directly into an anchor or reporter's ear while he or she is on set, on-air, and in mid-sentence.
